This means that watches cannot be registered with Tissot to initiate the warranty as we do not have access to their system. Because of this we cannot sell the watches for RRP and we have to match the warranty offered by the manufacturers (2yr in the case of Tissot). The warranty covers the watch movement, dial and hands are the only parts covered by the warranty. If your watch develops a fault with any of the above it can be returned to us during this time. We will inspect, repair, or replace if necessary.
